Lerne die wesentliche ayurvedische Strategie für deine Selbstfürsorge kennen: harmonisiere dein Vata.

Vata ist das ayurvedische Prinzip der Bewegung und Veränderung. Es umfasst unter anderem das Gehirn, das Nervensystem, hyperaktive geistige Aktivitäten, die Gelenke, Schmerzen und Ängste.

Um Stress, ängstliche Gedanken und den abgelenkten Geist im Alltag zu verringern, sollten wir Vata reduzieren. Wenn wir Vata mehr in Balance bringen und harmonisieren, können wir besser zuhören, uns leichter konzentrieren, tiefer entspannen und besser schlafen.

In diesem Workshop erfährst du mehr über die Theorie des Vata. Du wirst die Vata-Zonen des Körpers kennenlernen und einige einfache Ideen für deine täglichen Routinen und Gewohnheiten (Dinacharya) mitnehmen. All diese wertvollen Inhalte werden dich darin unterstützen, dein Nervensystem ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen und auch langfristig in Balance zu halten.

Die Yogapraxis während des Workshops ist ganz darauf ausgerichtet, dein Vata zu harmonisieren. Die Praxis wird dir Ruhe und das Gefühl der Erdung schenken. Sie ist ideal, wenn du dich müde, gestresst oder überarbeitet fühlst und neue Energie tanken möchtest.

Wir werden uns auch die Zeit nehmen, um einfache „hands-on”-Adjustments zu üben. Dabei lernst du, wie du mit einfachen Adjustments und Partnerarbeit – mittels Berührung und manuellen Druck – andere unterstützen kannst mehr zu entspannen.

About:

Barbra Noh has been a student of movement her whole life. She studied ballet in Australia and then moved to Europe to dance professionally in theatres.

Today she is an internationally recognised yoga teacher who loves to share her passion for health, healing and personal growth.

With close to 30 years’ experience teaching yoga, she is a leading educator for yoga teachers. Additional to her highly regarded Anusara Yoga teacher trainings she is also co-founder of a healing system that integrates yoga, Ayurveda and bodywork: ThaiVedic.

Her classes are physically challenging, mentally stimulating, and emotionally uplifting. Her precise and structured approach to teaching makes complex material accessible and enjoyable to learn.

Barbra believes the transformational techniques and teachings of yoga empower and encourage us in our quest to sense our worthiness and live our full potential.

She now calls Bali home while still teaching regularly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Korea.
